60-Day Return Guarantee

You may return eligible items within 60 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.
  • The item must be returned with its original packaging, shipping label, accessories, inserts, and any other materials included with the order.
  • The item must not show signs of wear, use, damage, or alteration.

Please include your order number and the reason for your return.

If your return request is approved, we will provide you with the return address and further instructions.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Sol Piece does not provide prepaid return shipping labels and does not reimburse return shipping expenses.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for returns lost during transit.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us as soon as possible with clear photos of the product and packaging.

Once verified, we may offer either:

  • A replacement at no additional cost, or
  • A full refund

depending on your preference and product availability.

Refund Process

Once your return has been received, inspected, and approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.

You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been issued.

Refund processing times vary depending on your payment provider and may take between 3–7 business days to appear in your account.

Exchanges

If you would like a different item, color, size, or model:

  1. Return the original item in accordance with this policy.
  2. Once the return is received, inspected, and approved, a refund will be issued.
  3. You may then place a new order for the desired item.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns may not be accepted if:

  • The item has been used or damaged after delivery.
  • The item is missing original packaging, accessories, labels, or included contents.
  • The return request falls outside the 60-day return period.
  • The item was returned without prior authorization.

European Union Return Policy

If your order is delivered to a country within the European Union, you may have additional consumer rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

Customers located in the European Union may withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order without providing a reason.
